Energy Dome S.p.A. is seeking an HR Specialist – Plant to support the Piacenza manufacturing plant. This hands-on role requires close collaboration with Plant Management and the broader People & Culture team to manage attendance, shifts, onboarding, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in manufacturing HR, strong knowledge of Italian employment law, and experience with blue- and white-collar populations, plus English and MS Office proficiency.
