Role:


We are looking for a Resident IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies.

Your tasks are…

  • Technical support IMAC and break-fix
  • Support for hardware, such as workstation and mouse, keyboard, monitor, scanner, and non-MPS printer support
  • Provide setup and technical support for conference rooms and internal VoIP phones.
  • Collaborate with IT Infrastructure support groups to escalate incidents and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicate regularly with the Deskside Management Team to address asset management, break/fix, and service desk processes
  • Update windows workstation to latest version of OS
  • Coordinate with OEM/3rd party for connectivity and infrastructure issues as needed
  • Manage issues related to conference room audio issues and configure printers and Desktop issues
  • Perform user management and access management in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
  • Work on configuring Cisco ACI Cisco switches Cisco routers Cisco Meraki SDWAN devices and Cisco WLCAPs
  • Provides break-fix support and the development/rollout of new capabilities.
  • Manages the life cycle of IT devices in supported sites.
  • Supports on-call schedule and response to priority IT incidents as needed.
  • Ensures SLA targets for incident and request resolution are met and perfectly exceeded.
  • Assists in determining, evaluating and recommending technical solutions to address business needs.
  • May administer certain user accounts, to include security, account creation, account deletion, and all related maintenance.
  • Maintains all relevant technical documentation to ensure easy knowledge transfer within area of responsibility.

Location: Lomagna (Lecco - fully onsite)

Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility of transformation into permanent)


Requirements:


  • Level 2 Support - Enduser Support
  • Ideally background as IT engineer with at least 2 years of experience
  • Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
  • Good English and fluent Italian
  • Familiar with ticketing system
