Teceze in Modena is seeking a Field Support Specialist to install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, peripherals, and software within established guidelines. The role covers hands-on hardware and software support, asset imaging, and vendor coordination.
It is a 12-month, on-site engagement based in Modena. You will provide VIP/ high-touch IT support, assist with network basics (DHCP/DNS), IMAC tasks, and support conferencing and AV systems.
