We are looking for an Online Marketing Coordinator I for an important international client. The ideal candidate is motivated, analytical, and results-oriented, responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Ads platforms. You will oversee the correct execution of campaigns, monitor performance, and implement strategies to maximize ROI.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic digital media plans.
- Configure campaigns (targeting, segments, inventory management).
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns.
- Create detailed reports and analyze data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and results.
Mandatory Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in campaign planning within media agencies.
- Knowledge of programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk) and Amazon DSP.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Fluent English (business level) – C1.
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of automated bidding strategies.
- Project management skills.
- German language (a plus).

Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Contract: Fixed-term, 12 months
Work Mode: First month on-site, then hybrid (minimum 3 days in the office)
Annual Salary: €29K
