Italian Language Teacher
to provide online customized lessons to our learners who've recently relocated to Italy. Job Information
We have three different online/remote classes to offer. The teacher doesn't need to work with all three students. Ref. #201257: 5-year-old child. - Availability: Twice a week at 6:15pm (CET) - Lesson Duration: 30 minutes - Preferred start date: ASAP - Current language level: Beginner - Native language: Portuguese -Student’s language needs and goals: Building vocabulary, conversations with native speakers, school-related vocabulary, making friends; enjoys games and interactive activities; prefers flexible/conversational style over structured lessons; motivated by topics like Hot Wheels and Mario Bros. - Additional information:Child stutters a little. Prefers conversation practice, teacher flexibility, and varied learning methods.
Ref. #201275: 10-year-old child. -Availability: Monday & Tuesday evenings, 4:00–8:00pm (CET) - Lesson Frequency and Duration: Once per week, 60 minutes per session - Preferred start date: October 19th, 2026 - Current language level: Beginner - Native and other spoken languages: English; Arabic and French (basic) - Student's language needs and goals: Conversation with children and adults; build confidence speaking even when not perfect; make friends and participate in activities. Focus on vocabulary, everyday phrases, politeness, school vocabulary, reading, and conversations with native speakers. - Additional information:He is playful, active, and enjoys football/sports, gaming (PS, Roblox), math/numbers, and food. He has struggled with motivation when learning Arabic, French, and Italian and needs engaging topics and strong motivation tools. Prefers games, varied learning methods, structured lessons, and teacher flexibility. No homework; learning should be limited to the 1-hour class. May need support with homework/school projects.

Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
Qualifications
Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in Italian
Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second language acquisition, or related field
Minimum of two years' teaching experience
All Global LT instructor positions are freelance positions.
