Your Team

The Omnichannel Acquisition team’s mission is to maximize the value of affiliation and acquisition by managing the full process end-to-end, strengthening omnichannel partnerships and leveraging Programmatic, SEO/ASO to drive performance and conversion.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive the overall Affiliation strategy, ensuring continuous optimization and alignment with business objectives
• Build, develop, and strengthen strategic relationships with key affiliate partners to maximize long-term value
• Define commercial frameworks, including deals, incentives, and growth initiatives, to scale channel performance
• Lead the identification, acquisition, and onboarding of high‑potential affiliate partners to expand and diversify the network
• Set and execute the development strategy for mid‑ and low‑value affiliates, driving portfolio growth and efficiency
• Oversee and support top‑tier affiliates in structuring secure, compliant, and high‑impact commercial agreements
• Provide strategic direction and ongoing support to partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and best practices
• Lead performance management of the Affiliation channel through KPI tracking, forecasting, and ROI analysis, translating insights into actionable strategies
• Own and manage the Affiliation budget, optimizing allocation to maximize return and support growth targets
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2 resources, fostering performance, accountability, and professional growth

What you’ll bring

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven knowledge of managing and developing affiliation programs
• Strong knowledge of affiliation landscape
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record in performance monitoring and budget support
• Strong relationship-building skills, to improve or establish better communication with partners
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written
• A proactive, flexible, collaborative and communicative approach
• Knowledge of how to manage people and how to work in a team
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in complex environments, collaborating cross-functionally with multiple departments to achieve shared business objectives and drive integrated outcomes
