Onboarding Lead
Descrizione dell'offerta
About arke
We raised €1.7M in an international pre-seed round to build Arke: the intelligent operating system for companies that make and move physical products.
We unify the entire operational cycle – from sales order to shipment – with a single platform used by the entire company.
With Arke, manufacturers and distributors can:
- Manage their product catalogue, BOMs, and inventory
- Plan and execute procurement and production
- Coordinate every stakeholder involved in fulfillment
Every day, Arke tells companies exactly what they should be doing next to ensure sales orders are delivered on time, production runs efficiently, working capital and inventory value are optimized.
Arke turns chaotic workflows into confident action. We unlock smarter, faster, more resilient operations for the companies that move GDPs.
The role
You'll join a small, fast-moving team where you own onboarding end-to-end — from understanding a customer’s messy processes to getting them live on Arke in just a few weeks.
You won’t just run onboarding: you’ll build the onboarding engine that will scale across dozens of manufacturing companies.
You’ll be the bridge between customers, product, and engineering. What you design will directly shape how manufacturers work, make decisions, and run their operations.
What you'll do
- Lead customers from “signed” to “live” with a clear, structured onboarding plan
- Map chaotic processes into clean workflows and define a realistic V1
- Collect and structure customer data (products, BOMs, inventory, orders)
- Translate customer needs into crisp, actionable requirements for engineering
- Configure first workflows and automations together with the product team
- Build templates, checklists, and processes that make onboarding predictable
- Run weekly check-ins, keep customers accountable, and unblock issues fast
- Turn patterns into repeatable components that improve future onboardings
We’re looking for
- Experience leading implementations of complex operational systems — ERP, WMS/MES, PLM, OMS, APS, or workflow automation platforms
- Strong ability to structure chaos — you turn messy inputs into clean workflows
- Technically fluent: comfortable with APIs, data models, triggers, and integrations
- Project-management excellence: you keep timelines, owners, and priorities clear
- Product-oriented thinker who can write clear requirements and spot patterns
- High ownership — you don’t wait for direction, you bring solutions
- Clear communicator who keeps customers guided, informed, and confident
- Comfortable working in a high-intensity environment where speed and clarity matter
- Ability to challenge customers with empathy and firmness
Nice to have
- Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations-heavy environments
- Background as a software developer or data scientist
- Experience in digital transformation or workflow design
Compensation & commitment
- Starting range: €40k to €60k + meaningful stock options, based on experience and our interview process.
- Full-time, remote-friendly, with optional in-person time in our Milan office. In person visits to customers required.
