Within the Omnichannel Department in Rome, we are searching for an Omnichannel Retail Operations Project Manager (temporary position) .
Reporting to Omnichannel Adoption & Digital Store Operations Senior Manager , the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting process improvements and standardizing store operations by making central recommendations and guidelines. He/she will support local experts in resolving issues, implementing best practices, and enhancing operational excellence.
Accountabilities:
- Support process improvement and retail engagement on store operational process, tools, program, and provide central recommendation, liaising with relevant stakeholders (F&A, Retail, Training, Merchandising, VM, Logistic, HR).
- Responsible for maintaining focus on consistency and Excellence in all countries, defining Central Guidelines, and providing prompt and accurate operational and administrative input to the local Retail Network.
- Communicate effectively across teams to support digital transformation and share best practices .
- Support local market subject matter experts to resolve store operational issues and implement improvements and best practices to ensure all operational procedures are properly executed.
- Effectively communicate with team members, management, and other involved departments and local teams to standardize processes aimed at operational excellence.
- In-store procedure management (Omnichannel Bvlgari Store Essential update).
- Identify the business challenges and the changes needed to deploy the relevant digital tools, processes, and procedures to improve the digital store operation of experiential products in the following areas:
Revenue driver, experience, and Drive to store. - Collect and monitor challenges/ success stories to mitigate recurring store issues and share best practices.
Qualifications / Professional Capabilities:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree, preferably in a Business, Economics or Engineering
- At least 2-5 years of experience in Retail/ Project-Product Management, preferably in Luxury companies
- Retail store experience is a plus
- Knowledge of the relevant retail operation processes and technical terminology
- Interest/experience in digital technologies, UX/CX design, and business development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as fluency in English
