The Data & Analytics (DNA) division, established in 2017, works across Europe and globally, collaborating with colleagues to deliver analytics solutions for clients in finance, climate & sustainability, energy, retail, transportation, and more.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients at all levels from day one, delivering tailored analytics solutions.
• Design solutions for analytical challenges, implement prototypes, assess effectiveness, and engage in discussions with clients.
• Contribute to projects such as NLP‑based credit rating toolkit, portfolio decarbonization models, promotion analytics for an Asian health & beauty chain, and a customer‑facing GenAI chatbot.

Who Can Apply

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline (Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Programming proficiency in Python or R, and a passion for continuous learning.
• Team‑oriented and resilient in a creative, changing environment.
• Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Interest in financial services and risk management is a plus.
• Analyst: at least 6 months of experience in consulting firms or top‑tier banking/financial institutions.
• Senior Analyst: at least 2 years of experience in consulting firms or top‑tier banking/financial institutions.
