Within Oliver Wyman, the Data and Analytics (DNA) division was established in 2017 and is operating across the entire world, with a focus on Europe. Responsibilities As a member of Oliver Wyman’s Data & Analytics team, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients at all levels from your very first day, helping clients solve their most pressing challenges. Our DNA team is committed to developing tailored solutions for clients around the globe, including designing potential solutions for analytical challenges, implementing various prototypes while also assessing their effectiveness, and engaging in discussions with clients and colleagues to share ideas. Your contributions will be invaluable to delivering impactful results for our clients.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a quantitative discipline from a top academic program (Data Science, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
Data‑driven mindset and proficiency with numbers, paired with the ability to explain sophisticated data science concepts in an understandable manner to clients and colleagues
Ideally, programming skills in Python or R, but more importantly, an eagerness to continuously extend your knowledge of technologies
Strong commitment to teamwork and resilience in a creative and constantly changing environment
Excellent command of the English and Italian language (verbal and written)
Interest and experience in financial services and risk management is a plus
At least 6 months of previous working experience in specialised consulting firms, top‑tier banking or financial institutions.
Compensation
Job title: Analyst (m/f/d)
Location: Milan, Italy
Contract type: Permanent contract
CCNL applied: CCNL Commercio
Level / Classification: Impiegato, Level 1
Base salary range: EUR 36,200 gross – EUR 43,000 gross per year (full‑time equivalent)
Sign‑on bonus: EUR 3,300 one‑time bonus in the first month of employment
Variable Compensation
Annual discretionary bonus under the terms of the applicable Company Policy (variable remuneration linked to individual and company performance)
