OFFSHORE TALENT&OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

We are looking for an Offshore Talent&Operations Specialist to support the growth of Aventa’s offshore services.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in recruitment or consulting environments who are interested in expanding their scope towards operations and project coordination within the offshore energy sector.
The position combines talent acquisition, personnel coordination, and mobilization activities, with exposure to client interaction and business support.
Based in Milan or Genoa, you will work closely with recruitment, operations, and technical teams to ensure the successful deployment of offshore personnel across international projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent & Staffing
- Manage sourcing and selection of offshore personnel
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified offshore candidates
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand staffing needs
2. Mobilization & Operations
- Liaise with logistics teams to ensure compliance with certifications, insurance, and safety requirements
- Support onboarding and deployment of offshore personnel
3. Project & Client Support
- Support the follow-up of ongoing projects and personnel assignments
- Participate in client and internal coordination meetings
- Assist in monitoring timesheets and project-related activities
4. Business Support
- Support preparation of proposals and staffing plans
- Contribute to identifying potential business opportunities
- Maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or consulting
- Interest in recruitment, operations, and project coordination
- Exposure to technical or engineering environments is a plus
- Fluent in English
