Country Manager, Mexico, Ring & Blink will set the strategic direction for Ring and Blink's business in Mexico and manage offline sales, channel marketing, and operations. This role requires a strategic leader who can navigate complex retail partnerships, drive cross‑functional alignment, and build a scalable foundation for Ring and Blink's continued growth in the Mexico market.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, results‑oriented leader with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders, leading diverse teams, and delivering business outcomes in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership – Define and execute the strategic vision for Ring and Blink's offline Mexico business, aligned with global objectives and market opportunities. Cultivate senior‑level relationships with key retail buying teams to accelerate sales growth and strengthen brand presence.
- Account Management – Own the full lifecycle of key retail account relationships, including joint business planning, forecasting, sales execution, merchandising, trade marketing, and new product introductions.
- Team Leadership – Directly manage a small team of sales and marketing professionals responsible for offline partner retailer relationships, ensuring effective account management and partner satisfaction.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Build and lead a dedicated working group in partnership with offline sales, marketing, operations, and PR teams to capture Mexico's highest‑priority growth opportunities.
- Performance Accountability – Own the Mexico offline business's full P&L performance, including revenue targets, growth metrics, and customer satisfaction outcomes.
- Market Insights – Serve as the voice of the customer and the market—relaying retailer and consumer feedback to product teams, identifying emerging trends, and positioning Ring and Blink as leaders in Mexico's home security category.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including retail partners, distributors, and senior leadership, to advance shared business objectives.
- Brand Representation – Serve as a key ambassador for Ring and Blink in Mexico, representing both brands at PR activities, industry events, and retailer engagements to strengthen market presence and credibility.

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
- Experience with end‑to‑end project management.
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing efficient and scalable sales operations processes.
- Experience defining sales tech requirements for a CRM such as Salesforce.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish.
