This role provides subject matter expertise in developing contracts for Strategic, Core, Managed, and Blanket Suppliers with an emphasis on compliance. Working under the guidance of the Category Manager, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and proponents to develop and execute negotiation strategies that meet business objectives.
You will be responsible for implementing total procure-to-pay strategies aligned with category strategies, delivering standardized, 'fit for purpose' operational services at the lowest total cost of ownership to meet both short-term and long-term needs of end-users. This includes executing procurement activities through vendor agreements and contracts within the specified spend thresholds and with end-user concurrence.
