We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to help build a productive, fun, and welcoming workplace.
Your Role
As our Office Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all things related to the day-to-day running of our Italian office. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our team, maintaining a smooth operation, and making our workspace a place where people love to work.
Your responsibilities include:
- Handling administrative and organizational tasks across the office
- Being the main point of contact for service providers and suppliers
- Managing office logistics and supplies
- Organizing internal events and supporting the marketing team with external events
- Ensuring smooth daily operations and a vibrant office life
- Contributing to a positive, creative, and engaging work culture
- Welcoming and guiding visitors, vendors, candidates, and new team members
Must-Haves:
- Fluency in Italian (C2) and English
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proactive and autonomous mindset
- Fast learner with a hands-on attitude
- Positive, people-friendly energy
- Valid work permit in Italy
Nice to Have:
- Additional languages
- Interest in software or IT
- Studies in administration or similar field
- Flexible and creative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage surprises and keep calm under pressure
