Who we are looking for?

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our Office Tenant Representation Team . This role is ideal for a proactive individual looking to build a career in commercial real estate, supporting our corporate clients in their office space strategy, lease negotiations, and relocation projects.

You will work closely with our Head of Department to deliver high-quality advisory services, combining analytical rigor with strong client engagement.

The key requirements are:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field;
  • 0–3 years of experience (Consultant) or 3–6 years of experience (Senior Consultant). Internship experience in real estate, consulting, or corporate environments is a plus;
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken);
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow.

What you will be responsible for?

  • Support the team in advising corporate clients on office leasing strategies, relocations, renewals, and workplace solutions;
  • Conduct market research and analysis (rents, availability, trends, benchmarks);
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitches, and reports;
  • Help manage lease processes, including property shortlisting, client tours, and coordination with landlords and agents;
  • Contribute to financial analysis (lease comparisons, cost modelling, occupancy analysis);
  • Maintain and update property databases and CRM systems;
  • Support negotiations by preparing documentation and tracking key milestones;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (capital markets, workplace strategy, project management) to deliver integrated solutions.

What other skills are essential to fit this role 100%?

  • Educational background in Economics, Information Technology, Engineer, Architecture or related fields;
  • Previous experience in finance, real estate, or data analytics;
  • Familiarity with database design and administration (e.g., SQL);
  • Experience using business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau;
  • Knowledge of valuation methodologies, in particular the discounted cash flow (DCF) approach.
