Opportunity for a Mandarin speaking & Italian speaking professional to join a global leading solar & renewable energy manufacturing company.


Role:


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with customers throughout the entire ordering process, including order preparation, execution, and logistics follow-up, to ensure timely and complete deliveries.
  • Support sales representatives across different European countries by continuously tracking all open orders and proactively addressing potential delays or issues.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, supply chain, production, finance) to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Work closely with the sales support and finance departments to monitor order payments and resolve any payment-related discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records in the company’s ERP/CRM systems and ensure proper documentation in line with internal policies and local regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports related to order status, delivery performance, and customer service levels.
  • Provide additional customer service and sales-related support as required.


Requirement:


Fluent in English, Mandarin and Italian.
