About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office & Marketing Assistant to support our local Milan operations. This is a hybrid role combining basic administrative responsibilities with entry-level marketing tasks, ideal for local students or part-time candidates with strong language skills and a passion for digital content. Salary: 8-15 Euro/ Hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office administration and support: handling documentation, scheduling, local coordination, and general assistance for the Milan office
- Assist in local marketing operations:
- Basic video translation (Italian to English or vice versa)
- Entry-level video editing or adaptation for social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram)
- Support marketing campaigns with local insights
- Liaise with local vendors or partners if needed
- Provide on-ground assistance for occasional events or local initiatives
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (B2 level or above) and good command of English
- Based in Milan and able to work on-site
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and responsible with basic office/administrative skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram)
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, or similar) is a plus
Preferred Profile:
- University students or recent graduates (Marketing, Communications, or related fields)
- Enthusiastic, creative, and willing to learn
