Your role
Responsibilities
To support our global team, we are currently looking for an HR Assistant. The role will involve a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- Ensure compliance with office health and safety procedures across all offices (Italy, UK, France)
- Manage the HR Help Desk across the three offices, acting as the first point of contact for team member requests
- Support the planning and execution of company events, offsites, and strategy sessions
- Support the development and management of employee benefits across different offices
- Support the logistics and preparation of onboarding days and HR branding days
- Support and coordinate with IT on day-to-day laptop setup and preparations
- Executive & Operations Support:
- Support planning activities and the execution of operational tasks for the Group COO
- Assist the COO with the management and execution of office-related activities
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in financial services, consulting, a law firm, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a flexible, solution-driven attitude
- High energy, proactive, and confident in taking ownership
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written
- Work with some of the best people in the industry
- Unmatched exposure to both external stakeholders (entrepreneurs, investors, etc.) and internal ones
- Meet the team at fun offsites every quarter
