The Office Administrator will ensure the smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operations of the office during the maternity leave cover period. The role ensures efficient office operations by coordinating communications, logistics, events, onboarding activities, supporting employees, senior staff, and administrative processes across different parts of the organisation.
This is a fixed‑term contract to cover maternity leave ; candidates must be eligible to work in the country where the role is based.
You Will
- Provide administrative and clerical support to department managers and staff
- Coordinate communications, appointments, and information flow to callers, visitors, and internal stakeholders
- Manage office logistics to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
- Oversee office supplies, mail, purchasing processes, vendor coordination, and order tracking
- Manage and oversee inventory procedures, maintaining accurate records
- Organise and coordinate team‑building activities and employee initiatives
- Plan, manage, and support internal and external events, including guest coordination
- Provide personal assistant support to senior staff as required
- Welcome new hires and support onboarding processes
You Will Bring
- Proven experience in office administration and day‑to‑day operations management
- Experience providing administrative and personal assistant support, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate events, onboarding activities, and work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with good problem‑solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
