Purpose of the Role
The role is responsible for Office Administration and Purchasing activities in Italy, reporting directly to the Head of HR & GA.
Key Responsibilities / Expected Accountabilities
- Purchasing: Management of company suppliers, including onboarding, monitoring, and coordination.
- Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth functioning of facilities.
- Internal Events Organization: Plan and coordinate company internal events and initiatives.
- Internal Systems Management: Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of internal company systems and records.
- Executive Support: Provide support to top management regarding calendar coordination and business travel arrangements.
- Company Car Fleet Management: Oversee and manage the company car fleet, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Management of official company communications: Ensure timely handling, distribution, and proper archiving.
Experience, Education & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience in a multinational, structured company – experience with a Chinese headquarters is considered a plus.
- Italian mother tongue; English level C. Knowledge of spoken or written Chinese is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Driving license and willingness to travel are considered an advantage.
