The team you will be a part of
You will be part of a distributed organization responsible for managing OEM Trade Partners across Europe.
OEM Trade Partners are companies that entrust Beko with the production of appliances under their own brands. Beko manufactures more than 50 OEM brands and is, for example, one of the key suppliers for IKEA kitchen appliances.
This role in summary
This internship sits within the Supply Chain team and offers a combination of hands-on operational exposure and continuous improvement activities, covering both processes and digital systems.
The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain end-to-end visibility on demand planning, order management, and supply chain analytics in a complex, multi-partner environment.
Your responsibilities will include
- Trade Partner Demand Management
Collect, consolidate, and analyze demand information from multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
Build, maintain, and continuously improve analytical dashboards and reports on, Demand trends, Order portfolio, Sales forecasts, Supply and inventory level using Power BI and Excel.
- Process Harmonization & Continuous Improvement
Support the harmonization of supply chain processes across different OEM Trade Partners, contributing to:
Shared ways of working
Improved customer service levels
Increased visibility across the supply chain
More streamlined and efficient operations
- Ad Hoc Support & Operations
Assist the team with ad hoc analyses, reporting requests, and selected transactional activities when needed.
Minimum requirements
- Currently studying in a Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics or business administration
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, international environment
- Structured mindset with a willingness to improve existing processes
- Fluent in English
