O&M Supervisor | Solar & BESS Milan (Regular Travel) | Competitive Salary + Benefits Piper Maddox are supporting a leading international energy and infrastructure group in their search for an O&M Supervisor to join their renewables division in Italy. With a strong pipeline across utility-scale solar and BESS, this role will play a key part in supporting the operational performance of a growing portfolio. Responsibilities: Support the O&M Project Manager in coordinating site activities and resource planning Assist in plant handover from EPC to O&M, ensuring smooth operational transition Oversee daily site operations, working closely with technicians and control room teams Review and validate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities Monitor SCADA systems and maintain accurate data within CMMS (Fiix) Track and improve maintenance KPIs, identifying and implementing improvements Manage spare parts, tools, and site equipment, ensuring availability and compliance Plan and schedule maintenance activities across PV and BESS sites Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring H&S standards are maintained Support contractor management and coordination of external service providers Assist with RAMS preparation and general O&M reporting and back-office tasks Key Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar 2–3+ years' experience within utility-scale solar (BESS exposure beneficial) Strong organisational skills with a proactive, hands-on approach Familiarity with SCADA and CMMS systems Understanding of H&S standards within operational environments Fluent English Full driver's licence and willingness to travel Benefits: Competitive salary and package Strong project pipeline and long-term growth Collaborative and professional working environment Ongoing training and development opportunities
