Job Description O&M Supervisor 06/02/2026 Job Description:

We are currently looking for O&M Supervisor to join our M Renewables team inItaly , part of our subsidiaryMETKA EGN .

Your role will encompass:

• Support the O&M Project Manager/Head in the hiring and selection process of site personnel, including local searches (town halls, local TEE, electricians’ unions). Contribute to the optimization of manpower and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with the O&M Project Manager and Control Room Engineers in defining and executing plant handover activities to ensure a smooth transition from EPC to O&M.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained, in alignment with the O&M H&S Supervisor’s guidelines.
• Coordinate daily activities and maintain close communication with the O&M Project Manager and site technicians for operational matters.
• Review, report and validate Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance activities performed in the field.
• Ensure daily monitoring of the SCADAs and updates in the CMMS (Fiix) and verify that the system remains fully operational for data extraction and reporting.
• Manage, monitor and improve maintenance KPIs, identifying gaps and proposing corrective actions.
• Optimizes spare parts inventory and oversee warehouse controls, including periodic checks and reporting.
• Monitor and manage the fleet of vehicles assigned to the O&M team.
• Identify and evaluate external resources, including specialized companies and suppliers, when required.
• Develop and update annual preventive maintenance plans according to the requirements of signed O&M contracts.
• Plan and schedule corrective and preventive works for site technicians and subcontractors, ensuring proper prioritization and tracking.
• Oversee the control, use and calibration of tools and instruments, ensuring compliance with maintenance standards.
• Perform regular inspections across PV and BESS sites, monitoring workforce allocation and the status of preventive and corrective tasks.
• Manage special O&M projects, ensuring execution within scope, time and quality standards.
• Assist in drafting in-house RAMS for HV/LV scheduled works, in collaboration with the H&S Supervisor.
• Support O&M back‑office activities, including database updates, report drafting, and client notifications.
• Work independently and remotely, with availability to travel to solar and BESS plants as required.

What you bring to the role:

• Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
• Minimum 2 or 3 years of professional experience in PV Solar projects.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude, not reactive.
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• H&S competencies
• Driver Licenses.
