Company Description
As an intern in the NIQ Early Career Program, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering standardized and custom-built merchandising solutions in Italy. You will work closely with the regional sales and delivery teams to ensure successful customer implementations and optimal use of Nielsen software solutions.
Job Description Responsibilities:
Assist in developing technical designs for merchandising solutions, including necessary customizations.
Support project leads on merchandising deliveries in Italy, maintaining regular client contact and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to provide technical support and build strong customer partnerships.
Onboard, train, and support new or existing customers on merchandising products.
Work with the delivery team to respond professionally to client inquiries.
Compile and deliver documentation for methodology questions and frequently asked questions.
Utilize different methodologies to improve project delivery.
Participate in global expert groups and contribute your expertise.
Engage in travel and onsite activities as needed.
Demonstrate knowledge or interest in Category Management.
Contribute to a positive and productive corporate culture to drive business growth over the next 3-5 years.
Qualifications Qualifications:
Strong communication skills in Italian and English
Ability to build good relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Reliability and commitment to project support.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Office Tools.
Experience with planogramming tools (Nielsen Spaceman or JDA Space Planning preferred).
Knowledge of MS Access and SQL Server; C# programming is a plus.
Intellectual curiosity and persistence in finding answers to questions.
