In the Customer Success area, you will support the clients in the daily management, participate in gathering input on their business needs and be involved in the analysis and interpretation of client information in the decision‑making process. You will respond to basic customer requests and support the tutor during client presentations. You will acquire skills related to the FMCG and distribution market, familiarize yourself with the most advanced tools and the main metrics for the analysis.
We are looking for a
Native Italian speaker intern
who is
immediately available to start in Milan , ideally
at the beginning of September 2026
– for a 6 months + 6 months time.
Responsibilities
Support Customer Success executives in analyzing in‑market data, studying results, and summarizing insights in emails, reports, and slides.
Manage basic client requests.
Deliver insights on FMCG/retail phenomena and consumer behaviors.
Be point of contact and interface with several company departments, collecting information between them and the clients.
Prepare and deliver quantitative analysis and presentations (category overview and issue‑based) building a story and finalizing conclusions, proposing recommendations, and calculating Quantified Business Opportunity.
A Little Bit About You
Degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Information Management
Native in Italian and good level of English
Immediately available to start in Milan (by beginning of September 2026)
Excellent analysis and numerical reasoning skills.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Interest in the consumer goods market.
Knowledge of Office Packages (Excel, PowerPoint).
