New Product Introduction Engineer Trainee

Join our team at Nokia as a NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer Trainee! We are looking for a dynamic person with a technical mindset and strong communication skills to collaborate with various technical resources and deliver end‑to‑end solutions. You will closely work with customers to understand requirements, provide technical support, and ensure smooth project delivery. Present role offers the opportunity to interact with multiple teams within Nokia community and contribute to develop and deploy cutting‑edge technologies. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Review and validate engineering requirements against product capabilities
- Create and review Methods of Procedures prior to implementation
- Provide problem‑resolution assistance and training to other technical support personnel
- Participate in Dry‑Run, Field Trials and Preliminary Acceptance Tests
Key Skills And Experience
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Knowledge of RHEL (Red Hat)/CentOS Linux, docker, Kubernetes, Python, etc.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing) technology
- Familiarity with carrier networking protocols such as BGP, MPLS, OPSF, VPNs, QoS, Security, etc.
