Network Support Specialist – UPS
The Network Support Specialist will be responsible for planning and optimizing the UPS Italy network and its interactions with other European countries. The role will collaborate in managing contingencies, holiday periods, and handling structural changes within the ground network. The specialist will analyze data to monitor and improve the network, providing expertise and support to hubs and centers.
The specialist will utilize company systems such as Opsys, NIS (Network Information System), Seas, Load Planning, GFTS, and TFCS and will provide assistance to system users in Hub and Center.
Work Schedule
- 07:00 – 16:00 (1‑hour break)
- 08:30 – 17:30 (1‑hour break)
- 13:30 – 22:00 (30‑minute break)
Requirements
- Good knowledge of English.
- Proficiency with MS Office; Excel and Access mandatory, Power BI preferable.
- Flexibility, teamwork skills, and a problem‑solving attitude.
