La posizione è aperta all’interno del team di Generali Italia.Reclutamento Reti performs coordination and support activities to assist Network Managers dedicated to the recruitment and commercial development of the Bank's products and services.To this end, the resource will support their tutor in the following activities:* Analyze the economic sustainability of proposals for the recruitment of new Financial Advisors and prepare the related cost sheet to support final decisions* Prepare and issue letters of commitment for the recruitment of new Financial Advisors and their incentive plans, also collecting the necessary authorizations for the issuance of the letters, coordinating with Commercial Planning and Control and with Network Legal Affairs and Litigation for non-standard letters* Manage the formalization of interim/closing verifications of incentive plans for incoming Financial Advisors, liaising with Commercial Planning and Control to ascertain the correctness of the data* Manage the formalization of the deferred bonus for Financial AdvisorsThe ideal candidate has the following requirements:* Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines* Proficiency in using ExcelNice to have:* Knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Powerpoint)* Propensity for teamwork* Ability to create engaging visual and textual content, in compliance with Brand guidelines* Problem Solving* Excellent organizational skills and autonomy in work* Excellent relational skillsBeing a Life Partner is our ambition: every day we want to be by our clients' side, taking care of their lives and their dreams.
