Position Overview
In this role, you will have the unparalleled opportunity to drive complex, high-impact programs that touch every aspect of our diverse, fast-paced operations. As a Network Planning Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale business transformations from initiation to successful, high-quality, post launch execution and quality. You will apply your superior communication skills to persuasively champion your ideas and align stakeholders at all levels in our supportive, growth-minded culture. Key job responsibilities

• Strategic workstream to improve Same Day offering across EU and UK
• Working on out-of-the-box initiatives to holistically improve Speed in EU4 and UK.
• Responsibility for apprising multiple senior stakeholders in the different forums about the program and latest updates.
• Leading Monthly reporting on KPIs and projects in the glidepath.
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Significant experience in operations, process improvement, or a related function.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to identify opportunities, estimate improvements, streamline and automate their work.
• Ability to earn trust and influence a broad group of stakeholders worldwide to achieve program goals.
• Curiosity and ability to understand complex technical systems and processes.
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment.
• Ability to clearly communicate in both written and spoken form to stakeholders at different seniority and in different functions.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
