NETWORK ENGINEER – Resident
Through the Digital Services Division, we design, build, and maintain innovative solutions in Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Data Center and Technological Systems, Cloud, and WDM Optical Transport Networks. We are looking to add a Network Engineer to our team, stationed at an important enterprise client. The role will include:
- Participating in the design, implementation or management of the client’s corporate network.
- Producing and updating project documents such as High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), operational procedures or migration plans (Migration Procedure, MOP).
- Managing the client’s multi‑pod and multi‑site Cisco ACI environments (Tenant, VRF, Bridge Domain, EPG).
- L4‑L7 Delivery: configuring, managing, and troubleshooting load‑balancing solutions on F5 BIG‑IP (LTM/DNS) and Citrix ADC/NetScaler platforms.
- Implementing persistence policies, SSL offloading, and traffic manipulation.
- Analyzing and resolving cross‑domain issues, providing operational support and mentorship to junior staff.
REQUISITI ESSENZIALI
- Three‑year experience implementing or managing campus, data centre, or MPLS networks (or equivalent). Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Solid knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP architectures, protocols, and services.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices and Software‑Defined networking solutions (e.g., Cisco ACI).
- Valid industry certifications at least at Associate or Professional level (mandatory Cisco CCNA or CCNP Data Center).
- Experience with Load Balancers or Proxies (F5 or Citrix) including configuration of Virtual Servers, Pools, monitoring, and SSL certificate management.
- Mastery of L3 routing protocols (BGP) and campus / data‑centre L2/L3 logic.
REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI
- Additional vendor certifications (JNCIS/JNCIP, Aruba ACMP, Arista, VMWare NV, Nokia NRS, etc.).
- Previous experience in energy / utilities networking services.
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies or ITIL frameworks.
- Experience with automation tools or API testing (e.g., Ansible, Postman) or basic programming (Python, Bash).
- Certifications CCNP Data Center, F5 Certified Administrator, or Citrix Certified Associate – Networking (CCA‑N).
- Ability to work simultaneously on DC fabric and F5/Citrix depending on project context.

- Continuous training with related certifications and certificates.
- Incentive system, benefit options, and possible MBO.
- Full‑time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Salary to be negotiated directly with management based on skills and experience (CCNL metalmeccanico‑industria, RAL €28,000‑43,000). Permanent contract.

Modalità di lavoro: Onsite at the client for an initial integration period, with the possibility to activate hybrid mode compatible with job requirements.
