Network Development Specialist (Geely, Zeekr)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Network Development Specialist / Associate to support the development and management of our dealer network across two automotive brands within a fast‑growing organization. This role will play a key part in shaping the network strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting the transition toward electrified mobility.

The successful candidate will act as a key interface between the company and its dealer partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards, commercial objectives, and customer experience expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and optimization of the dealer network strategy for both brands
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with dealer partners, ensuring alignment with company targets and standards
• Contribute to network expansion, including dealer selection, onboarding, and contract management
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines across the network (corporate identity, customer journey, EV readiness)
• Monitor dealer performance and identify improvement actions
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Aftersales teams
• Analyze market trends and competitor networks to support network strategy
• Prepare reports, KPIs, and presentations for internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Up to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in network development
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced or start‑up environment
• Fluency in English (Chinese is a plus )
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
