As Net Revenue Management Insight & Analytics Manager you will drive Essity’s NRM transformation across markets, owning and evolving a suite of analytics platforms that enable data‑driven decisions. You will collaborate with IT, commercial teams, and partners to deliver, train, and embed NRM analytics while tracking usage and influencing adoption. You’ll turn complex data into actionable insights, lead cross‑functional problem‑solving, and act as the internal expert to support strategic pricing, promotions, and mix decisions.

• Lead development and optimization of NRM analytical solutions and platforms
• Own the vision for each NRM analytics platform, especially pricing and promotions
• Identify and deliver new NRM solutions to support transformation

Responsabilità

• Extensive FMCG experience in analytical, financial, or commercial roles
• Experience in NRM/RGM/SRM/Commercial Strategy/MSP
• Strong knowledge of NRM levers (pricing, PPA, promotions, mix, trade investment)
• Experience building analytical solutions such as scenario modelling
• Experience working with external data and analytics partners
• Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Outstanding organisational and project management capabilities
• Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable recommendations
• Exceptional Excel skills and strong Power BI capabilities
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts; hands‑on experience preferred
• Fluency in English; other European languages a plus
• Python and R experience beneficial but not essential
• Willingness to travel (20-30%)
