Join our international Personal Care and Consumer Tissue Commercial Development team and help us accelerate profitable growth with Net Revenue Management.
About The Role
As Net Revenue Management Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Net Revenue Management (NRM) transformation across diverse markets and functions. Working within our central Commercial Development team, you will drive behavioural change, implement data-driven processes, and partner with teams to unlock sustainable, profitable growth.
What You Will Do
Enable data-driven planning and execution
Deploy NRM planning processes, including NRM annual planning Lead NRM “Sprints” (workshops) to identify and activate growth opportunities Partner with Sales, Marketing and other functions to embed NRM frameworks Support financial tracking and KPI development to measure impact
Drive NRM capability and culture
Lead and evolve the NRM People Accelerator roadmap to embed cross-functional behavioural change Collaboratively design and deliver engagement and embedding programmes Maintain and improve NRM playbooks and resource hub Run NRM maturity assessments and track impact through KPIs Lead NRM Excellence Network sessions and cultivate an engaged international community Promote best practice through knowledge sharing and recognition
Drive adoption of tools and analytics
Ensure NRM analytical platforms are embedded in ways of working Partner with local markets to generate actionable insights from data & analytics Own the ongoing development and adoption of our Landscape Assessment Portal Power BI report
Who You Are You are an engaging, analytical, and commercially minded operator with strong NRM expertise and the ability to influence international and cross-functional teams. Key requirements
Extensive experience in FMCG commercial or strategic roles 3+ years in Net Revenue Management / Revenue Growth Management (RGM) / Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) / Commercial Strategy / Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P) Strong knowledge of NRM levers (pricing, PPA, promotions, mix, trade investment) Proven ability to lead on numerical topics, such as scenario planning Proven ability to lead change and deliver results in matrix environments Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills Strong organisational and project management capability Excited to pioneer new ways of working within Essity and motivated to drive organizational behavioural change
Additionally
Experience delivering capability-building programmes is advantageous Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus Willingness to travel (20–30%)
