Join our Portogruaro plant to lead and support the installation, start-up, and operation of highly automated production systems for a new manufacturing site. You will work within a cross‑functional team to ensure a smooth ramp‑up, on‑time launch, and adherence to cost targets while upholding Nestlé standards for safety and quality. This role offers hands‑on project leadership in a global, quality‑driven environment with meaningful impact on pet nutrition and production excellence. A strong hook is your involvement in shaping a vertical start‑up from charter to commissioning, with a focus on people, processes, and performance. Responsibilities
Define project scope, milestones, and success criteria with stakeholders Build and manage the investment project charter and resource plan Ensure safety by design and compliance with Nestlé standards Lead design activities and coordinate resources for basic/detailed design Coordinate Operational Start‑up Plan and ramp‑up to vertical start‑up Manage cross‑functional stakeholder collaboration and external permits/licenses Oversee commissioning, qualification and verification activities Lead and develop the project team and maintain communication with steering committee Ensure timely project delivery within cost and quality targets Handover to operations after qualification and ensure TPM readiness and training Qualifications
University Degree in Engineering 3‑5 years of relevant experience Fluency in Italian and English Experience in project planning and start‑up environments Ability to work with cross‑functional teams Benefits
