As Electricity & Automation (E&A) and Digital Manager, you lead the site’s E&A and Digital functions at the Mantova greenfield project, ensuring safe, reliable production through automation and digitalization. You define and execute strategies, build a high-performing team, and deliver capital investments that enable growth and operational excellence. You’ll drive compliance with Nestlé standards and foster continuous improvement across safety, quality, and sustainability. This role blends leadership, technical direction and program delivery. Work-life balance - flexible arrangements and hybrid options Continuous learning - training, certifications and development programs Corporate welfare - flexible benefits platform Career growth - internal mobility and development opportunities Inclusive culture - collaborative and people-first environment Lead and develop the E&A team including professionals, technicians and contractors Define priorities and development plans aligned with project goals Build capability in automation, electrical systems, digital manufacturing and OT Lead Digital-E&A roadmap and implement Industry 4.0 initiatives Deliver capital investment projects from concept to handover Manage assets, reliability and maintenance strategy with engineering partners Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards and local regulations for safety and cybersecurity Oversee specifications, design reviews, FAT/SAT, training and start-up support Drive continuous improvement to improve safety, quality, efficiency and cost performance Govern governance of E&A documentation and MOC processes Minimum 7-10 years in Electrical, Automation, Digital or Industrial Engineering in manufacturing Proven leadership of technical teams, contractors and external partners Experience delivering capital investment projects from design through commissioning Experience driving automation, digitalization or operational excellence initiatives Exposure to TPM, maintenance management, asset reliability and continuous improvement Strong knowledge of electrical installations, automation platforms, PLCs, SCADA and industrial networks Process control, instrumentation and industrial automation experience Knowledge of manufacturing systems and food industry processes Understanding of OT/IT cybersecurity is highly desirable Leadership: coaching, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, change management
