Job Description

Responsibilities

• Set sales targets and KPI to be achieved by the sales team, monitor the performance of the sales team
• Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with business goals
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Reps
• Monitor performance using CRM/sales tools and drive continuous improvement
• Manage regional budgets and optimize resource allocation
• Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovation

What We’re Looking For

• Background in CNS/Woman Health field is preferred
• Proven sales leadership experience in healthcare industry
• Excellent coaching, communication, and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into strategy
• Passion and confidence with digital tools and CRM systems
• Implement the culture of cross functional team working
• Strong team spirit, proactive, and positive collaborative behavior at all levels

Qualifications and Language Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, or related field
• Native Italian; a good/fluent English language knowledge is highly preferred

Working Conditions

• Location: Residence in central/north Italy is desirable
• Travel: Up to 75% across the country
• Hiring date: January 2026
