Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead Haemonetics’ Blood Management business in Italy, shaping the national commercial strategy across capital, consumables, and service solutions. You’ll drive revenue growth, manage a cross-functional team, and build long-term partnerships with clinicians and procurement bodies. The focus is on PBM-driven value realization, tender leadership, and channel optimization to strengthen Haemonetics’ presence in the Italian healthcare system. This is a strategic, field-based leadership role with significant cross-region collaboration.

- Define and execute the national commercial strategy across capital, consumables, and service solutions
- Own revenue performance and AOP delivery across Italy
- Drive a programmatic PBM-led approach to unlock clinical and economic value
- Lead complex capital sales, tenders, and competitive conversion opportunities
- Build and maintain senior relationships with clinicians, hospital management, procurement bodies, and regional decision-makers
- Manage and optimise a network of agents and distributors aligning to strategy and brand standards
- Ensure robust forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM discipline
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Service, and EMEA leadership teams
- Lead a multidisciplinary team including Territory Sales Managers, Clinical Specialists, and Business Development Managers
- Oversee external commercial partners (agents/distributors) across key regions
- Foster a high-performance sales culture and succession planning
Responsabilità
- Significant experience in medical device or healthcare sales leadership
- Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams and indirect channels
- Strong understanding of the Italian healthcare system (regional structures, public tenders, procurement pathways)
- Demonstrated track record of delivering commercial growth
- Experience managing distribution networks and tender-based sales models
