Your Role

Magnetic FAAC India Pvt Ltd is currently looking for a National Sales Head-Access Solutions for its location anywhere in India . Lead sales operations across South Asia for access solutions. Drive revenue growth, manage teams, and build strong partnerships with distributors, system integrators, and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategy for pedestrian and vehicle access control solutions across India & South Asia (including Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Maldives)
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market share across verticals.
  • Build relationships with key clients, partners, consultants and government bodies.
  • Oversee large projects and tenders, especially in Metro & Airports verticals.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity.
  • Engage with product management on portfolio optimization activities.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing & customer service department.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales managers and their teams.
  • Set clear performance goals and monitor progress.

What do You need to be successful?

Must have:

  • Graduate degree (MBA preferred).
  • 12+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in security/access control domain.
  • Should have managed sales team with at least 5 members.
  • Strong connect with system integrators and enterprise clients.
  • Proven record of meeting sales goals.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel across South Asia.
