Bolton Food – Sales – Milano, IT – National Key Account Manager
We are looking for a National Key Account Manager to join our Sales Team at Bolton Food, based in Milano.

As a National Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth across national clients, strengthening strategic retailer relationships, optimizing product visibility and promotional activities, and delivering sell-out performance in line with company objectives.
How Your Agenda Looks Like
- Ensure the achievement of business KPIs and objectives through effective negotiation and management of commercial agreements with the customer.
- Deliver on sales targets and objectives.
- Drive the optimal category mix within the company portfolio to maximize customer profitability.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to develop and implement tailored Category and Trade Plans for the customer.
- Design and execute customer‑specific promotional plans.
- Identify new business opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability across categories.
Your Team
This position reports to the Customer Team Manager and closely collaborates with the wider Sales Team, as well as with cross‑functional commercial and corporate departments.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- 4+ years of experience across Sales and Trade Marketing functions, preferably in FMCG or retail environments
- Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent Italian and good English proficiency
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Results‑oriented, proactive, and team‑player attitude
