Responsibilities

• Develop the Kitchen business in GDO channel, managing strategic trade partners and maximizing commercial opportunities for built‑in and free‑standing products.
• Manage accounts and build relationships with key partners.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service to local accounts.
• Monitor incoming orders and ensure effective fulfillment.
• Hold regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts.
• Investigate and resolve queries and issues raised by local accounts.
• Take a proactive approach to account management.
• Arrange meetings with decision‑makers within the customer.
• Hold business reviews to assess sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in built‑in domestic appliances.
• Strong client management, sales and business development skills.
• Proven people management experience and emotional maturity (coaching, development, motivation).
• Familiarity with built‑in consumer goods markets.
• Established relationships with large customers and retailers.
• Highly developed organization and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple activities simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Availability to travel within Italy.
