National HR Process & Systems Specialist
Plays a key role in driving operational excellence across the HR function. You’ll coordinate project and program activities, streamline processes, and contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency, consistency, and overall HR service quality. Your work will directly support the evolution and improvement of HR Operations at national level.
How you create impact
- HR Data & Processes – Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to drive informed decision-making and improve operational efficiency
- Project Management – Support and coordinate diverse and dynamic HR projects, gaining hands‑on experience in planning, execution, and cross‑functional collaboration
- Policy Development – Contribute to the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices
- Supplier & Vendor Relations – Help manage relationships with external HR service providers, supporting contract oversight and service quality monitoring
- HR Administration – Assist in managing core HR administrative processes with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous optimization
What we would like you to bring
- A degree in law, labour relations or a related field. A master's degree in HR is a plus.
- At least two years of experience in a similar position or in a labor consultancy firm.
- Knowledge or strong interest in HR operations, local labour legislation, and HR administrative processes.
- A detail‑oriented, analytical, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills appreciated.
