We're Hiring: Admission Advisor


On-site in Rome, Italy | Start Date: September 16th


You must be based in Rome, willing to commute daily to Via Terenzio 35, RM 00193.


Rome Business School is on the lookout for a resilient, persuasive, and internationally minded Local Student Advisor to join our Admissions Department.


You will work with all prospective students based in Italy. You’ll be the voice that guides students from Italy and international student already in Italy toward their dream of pursuing a one-year professional master’s (online or on-campus). It’s a consultative role, think empathy, discipline, and great vibes.


What You’ll Do

  • Speak with prospective students based in Italy
  • Help them explore their academic options and encourage them to apply
  • Work toward weekly and monthly goals with a team of 7 other advisors and 1 direct supervising team lead


What We Offer

  • Base salary: €17,290/year + uncapped commissions (top performers earned €40K+ in 2024!)
  • Full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract to start
  • Working hours: 10:00–19:00 or 11:00–20:00 (Mon–Fri)
  • After 3 months: potential for 2 days of smart working per week
  • Office in Prati, Rome, near the city center, bars, and great coffee
  • Friendly, youthful team (mostly between 25–45) with advisors who have international experience around the entire world
  • Real growth opportunities. All current team leads and managers started as advisors


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree from any country
  • Strong English and Local Language skills
  • No specific experience required, but resilience, discipline, and persuasiveness are a must
  • Experience in customer service or consultative B2C sales is a bonus
  • Must enjoy working in multicultural teams and toward clear goals
