RESPONSIBILITIES
The intern will support the Sales Manager and will mainly interact with:
Sales Department
- Sales analysis using PowerBI and Orion
- Ad hoc analysis regarding sell in data and stock
- Managing reports to share with internal departments and HQ
- Manage sell-out reporting for counters
Retailers
- Products’ records with specific configurations provided by retailers
- Monthly reports regarding sell in and sell out data
- Back-office activities
- Manage counter logistics, including ordering Not For Sales material, testers, and equipment, primarily using SAP.
Trade Marketing Department
- Managing sell-out reports as preparatory tools for the sales force.
Business Analyst
- Man Data entry CSO (connected Sell out)
- Monthly report SO (by retailers ….)
PROFILE
- Master’s degree preferably in Economics/Business Management
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Precision, attention to detail, curiosity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Power Point)
- Power BI and SAP are considered a plus
- Fluent in Italian and English
