Multisite HSE Manager

For our client, a structured manufacturing multinational company, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multisite HSE Manager to oversee all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities across different plants. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring compliance with national and international regulations, driving a culture of safety, and implementing best-in-class HSE practices across the sites.

Key responsibilities :

• Assist cross-functional teams in the implementation of the HSE Risk Management processes and lead relevant HSE assessments sessions;
• Promote the Company HSE Culture throughout specific initiatives within the organization and toward suppliers and contractors and subcontractor;
• Act as RSPP (Dlgs 81/08) for the Legal entities;
• Support selection, and coordinate all suppliers, contractors and subcontractors involved in any contracted activities during Plant Operation and Maintenance;
• Ensure, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the development, planning, implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Plant HSE Management System and its application;
• Develop and support the implementation of key HSE programs including but not limited to HSE training;
• Facilitate accidents/incidents and near-miss investigation and definitely carry out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identify trends and suggest improvement plans at Plant and Company level;
• Conduct HSE Audits both internal and external;
• Lead the collection, management and analysis of Plant HSE Key Performance Indicators;
• Plan and support the management in leading HSE meetings and HSE Reviews.
• Be part and coordinate Plant Emergency Management Programs

The candidate will lead a team of 10 talented HSE professionals and will be responsible for their growth and development.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree – Engineering degree is preferred;
• Have a relevant HSE certification (RSPP Qualification required);
• Be fluent in Italian and English;
• Have at least 10 years of experience in Plant HSE management preferably in complex environments;
• Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
