As Solution Design Lead, you shape end-to-end solutions and platform strategy within the Service Business Solutions team, aligning business needs with technology. You work closely with technical and enterprise architects to translate demands into fit‑for‑purpose designs, guiding architecture, integration, and vendor choices. You lead design and option assessments across Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, MuleSoft, and cloud‑native architectures, and drive PoC initiatives. You bridge business and IT, ensuring deliverables meet requirements and strategic goals.

• Translate complex business demands into solution designs and assess implications
• Lead solution design and option assessments across Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, MuleSoft, and cloud‑native architectures

• Support commercial/delivery decisions by evaluating proposals and architectures

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT with strong integration knowledge and stakeholder management

Responsabilità

• 10+ years of experience in solution, application, or platform architecture in large enterprises
• Strong business process knowledge in at least two areas (e.g., Installed Base Management, Field Service Management, Asset Performance Management, Tools Management, Customer Portal, Sites Management)
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, MuleSoft, and cloud-based integrations
• Understanding of integration patterns, API‑led architectures, and event‑driven solutions
• Experience leading or influencing technical teams, or 5+ years of development with solution ownership readiness
• Solid technical foundation with exposure to .NET/C#, SQL, JavaScript, integration layers, and DevOps tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps)
