Multilingual Assistance Specialist
Remote | Full-Time | 24/7 Shift Work
Argos Assistance S.r.l. is an international assistance company providing 24/7 medical and technical support to insurance companies, corporate clients, and travel agencies worldwide.
With offices in Italy, Spain, France, Switzerland, and in America , and a global network of 3,000+ suppliers , we manage assistance cases globally , including Europe, North, and South America .
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate insurance claims (sinistri)
- Handle medical and automotive assistance cases worldwide
- Coordinate with international suppliers, partners, and service providers
- Ensure accurate case documentation and timely resolution
- Provide professional support in high-pressure and emergency situations
- Languages (mandatory): Italian, German, and English (fluent)
- Additional languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese, or others) are a strong plus
- Experience in assistance operations, insurance, or customer service
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Calm, reliable, and able to work independently
- Availability for shift work , including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fully remote, full-time position
