Overview
As a Revenue Manager at EDITION Hotels, you optimize transient inventory and maximize revenue across cluster properties. You will coordinate with the Revenue Manager and leadership to maintain clean booking windows and implement selling strategies. The role involves analyzing revenue data, guiding pricing decisions, and ensuring inventory aligns with brand strategies. Maintain and optimize transient inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue Analyze actual vs. projected sales and identify drivers of performance Provide pricing input and support business evaluation recommendations Coordinate with group sales offices and reservation centers to align strategies Utilize reservations and demand forecasting systems to implement selling strategies Monitor distribution channels for accuracy and competitor positioning Ensure PDP processes are used to maximize revenue and profits Communicate brand initiatives and market analysis to hotels/clusters/partners Prepare and participate in sales strategy meetings and agenda development Support long-range objectives and strategy execution across properties Responsibilities
