The MU Project Coordinator-Assistance is responsible for assisting in planning and coordinating multiple projects for MU, ensuring good project management practices while providing support.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Principal Responsibilities:

• Coordinate communication between departments to assist with project management duties
• Support procurement and sourcing of equipment
• Assist project managers in preparing and maintaining project plans
• Help with project documentation sourcing and filing
• Participate in project meetings and support administrative tasks such as minutes
• Assist project managers in project activities

Knowledge & Experience Required:

• Degree or MBA qualification or equivalent experience and training
• 3-5 years’ experience in an industrial automation environment
• Project Management qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Clean Driving Licence
• Proficiency in English and the local language; French, Italian, and Spanish are desirable
