About The Job

The Omnichannel MSL Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes role is a key position within the AT1D Medical Team supporting a first‑in‑class therapy for Type 1 Diabetes. The role focuses on driving scientific and medical engagement, developing KOL relationships, and executing local engagement plans across the Triveneto region.

The major focus areas include identifying stakeholders, aggregating data for insights, building peer relationships, maintaining scientific expertise, and delivering omnichannel engagement experiences.

Main Responsibilities

• Identify key stakeholders and decision makers in each geography, including emerging thought leaders.
• Aggregate data points and perform analysis through CRM to track engagement activities.
• Develop enduring peer‑to‑peer relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, creating cross‑functional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain high scientific and medical expertise within the assigned therapeutic area.
• Implement local KOL Engagement Plans delivering personalized omnichannel engagement experiences.
• Execute medical plans for scientific engagement, evidence generation, insight generation, and brand partnerships in conjunction with in‑country functions.
• Execute MSL priorities within the Therapeutic Area and deliver training and development aligned with global strategy and local needs.

About You

• Experience: Previous and solid experience in an MSL role or Medical Affairs, with scientific knowledge in Immunology; experience in Type 1 Diabetes is an advantage.
• Skills: Multichannel scientific engagement, data‑driven approach, public speaking, result orientation, management and organizational skills, customer orientation, networking, transversal cooperation, adaptability, learning agility, editorial planning.
• Education: Scientific degree required; PhD preferred.
• Languages: Fluency in spoken and written business English and Italian.
