Job Description
Johnson & Johnson is currently hiring 1 intern for our MSAT Knowledge Management Team located at Latina.
Activities
MSAT Knowledge Management core team base business.
Creating and updating the Microsoft SharePoint-based knowledge repositories.
Updating and facilitating continuous improvement of the MSAT Knowledge Center.
Implementing Artificial Intelligence Capabilities in the existing MSAT Knowledge Center.
Creating and updating Confluence and Jira pages, which serve as information repository and information exchange platforms.
Technical writing.
Monitoring existing metrics and creating new metrics using Power BI and other tools.
Requirements
Degree in Life Sciences as CTF, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Biology.
Proficiency in English.
Proficiency in Italian.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Explorer and PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate.
